- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, beat softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute with frozen blueberries, do not thaw before adding.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of honey.
