Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in sour cream until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then flatten slightly and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.
- Mix icing ingredients, drizzle over cooled cookies.
