- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra richness, add a few marshmallows on top before baking.
