Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 soft boiled eggs

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Fresh ginger, grated
  • Vegetables as desired (bok choy, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Place beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and beef broth into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
  2. Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
  3. Shred cooked beef and add to broth for final 10 minutes. Prepare soft boiled eggs.
