Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until heated through and flavors meld.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
