- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cook until sauce thickens.
- Slice cooked chicken and add to the sauce along with cooked pasta, toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
