  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the cauliflower in almond flour until evenly coated.
  4. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, mix buffalo hot sauce with a teaspoon of olive oil.
  7. Toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
