Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the cauliflower in almond flour until evenly coated.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix buffalo hot sauce with a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.

- You can substitute almond flour with panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
