Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, then cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and bell pepper to the skillet; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Return chicken to the skillet, toss to combine, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
