- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and spread the chicken mixture evenly over the surface.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- Can substitute with rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce or salsa.
