- 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 small squares and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Place a slice of brie in each pastry square.
- Top with cranberries and drizzle with honey.
- Brush edges of pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use frozen cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
