- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with forks, and return to crockpot.
- Add Parmesan cheese and minced garlic, stir well.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
- Serve the chicken Alfredo over pasta, garnished with parsley.
