- 4 large low carb tortillas

Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and cook until combined. Set aside.
- Warm the low carb tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread a layer of beef on each tortilla, then top with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward to form a wrap, then sear in a hot skillet with a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with sour cream if desired.

- You can customize fillings with jalapenos, avocado, or salsa.
- For extra crunch, briefly bake the assembled crunchwrap at 375°F for 5 minutes.
