Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for 5-6 minutes until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
