- 1 avocado, sliced

- Lime wedges
- Olive oil
- Spices: cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix spices and season chicken breasts. Grill until cooked through, then slice.
- In serving bowls, layer rice, black beans, corn, and tomatoes.
- Top with sliced grilled chicken, shredded cheese, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the bowls before serving.

- Feel free to add jalapenos for extra spice.
