- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing marinade
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with ranch dressing marinade.
- Once baked, toss chicken strips with the buffalo-ranch sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with extra ranch dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
- Adjust spice level by adding more buffalo sauce for extra heat.
