Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix mashed bananas, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add oats, cinnamon, and nuts; stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before slicing into bars.
