Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add celery to the chicken mixture and toss with the dressing.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and serve immediately or chill for later.
