Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, butter extract, and caramel sauce.
- Mix in oats and cinnamon until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
