- 1 lb cooked pulled beef
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into 8 squares.
- Place a tablespoon of pulled beef in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the beef to form a seal and crimp edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving with optional dipping sauces.

- You can prepare these pastries in advance and refrigerate before baking.
- Use leftover pulled beef for quick assembly.
