- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil; cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to coat well and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra crunch.
- Adjust the sweetness or saltiness by modifying soy sauce and sugar quantities.
