Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to combine evenly and heat through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
