- 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add bread cubes to the mixture, tossing gently to soak.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.
Notes
- Serve warm with caramel sauce, whipped cream, or fresh berries.
- Can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated before baking.
