Delicious keto Philly cheesesteak rolls with tender beef, melted cheese, and crispy peppers, perfect for low-carb meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 low-carb bread or large lettuce leaves for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cook until browned, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, sauté peppers and onions until tender.
  3. Warm the low-carb bread or lettuce wraps. Distribute beef, vegetables, and cheese evenly onto each wrap.
  4. Roll tightly and serve warm, optionally broiled briefly to melt cheese further.
