- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, breadcrumbs, and egg. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove meatballs from oven, toss in the glaze, and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a crispy coating, pan-fry the meatballs before glazing.
